    • Dashboards:

      • Dashboard tabs: All dashboard tabs are hidden by default. You will be able to access your old dashboards using the Manage screen.
      • Default dashboard: The default dashboard with Top N Values, Saved Search, and Alerts charts is no longer available. The Top N Values chart will be added back in the near future.
      • Dashboard ownership: The Dashboard ownership is set by default to the Account Owner (regardless of who originally created the dashboard in the current version of Loggly). Admins can transfer ownership of the dashboards to other users.
      • Dashboard permissions: The default setting for any given dashboard is that anyone on your “Team” can Edit and View the dashboard. Dashboard Owner and Admins can change this setting for specific dashboards.
      • App Packs: The six currently available App Packs will not yet be available in Loggly 3.0. However, any App Packs you have previously installed will be migrated in the same way as any user-created dashboard.
      • Event drilldown: Drill down from charts to associated events is not available in the initial release but will be added back in the near future.  In the interim the easiest way to view events associated with a chart is to save any search for which you intend to create charts and run the search if the chart reveals something worth exploring deeper. See Oct 26, 2017 update.
    • Charts:

      • Scatter chart: This chart type is now named Point chart. Existing scatter charts are not migrated to 3.0.
      • Single value chart: Special shapes (e.g., cloud) are no longer available.
      • Chart ownership: We’re introducing permissions to charts. For existing charts, the owner is set to the account owner by default. Admins can transfer ownership of the charts to other users.
      • Chart permissions: The default setting is for anyone in your account to be able to edit and view charts. The chart’s owner and Admins can change this setting.
      • Statistical Operators: Sum of Squares and Variance operators are no longer available.
      • Colors: Default Theme colors are used to render the charts. You can change the Theme by editing the charts.
