Loggly @ AWS re:Invent 2017

By Desmond Chan 21 Nov 2017

Happy Thanksgiving! AWS re:Invent 2017 is just right around the corner. Next week more than 40,000 technologists from leading cloud technology companies will be working hard and playing hard in Las Vegas. Amazon is taking over the famous 4.2-mile Vegas Strip to run multiple technology sessions, tracks, and networking events.

As an AWS DevOps Competency partner, Loggly certainly plans to have an exciting presence at AWS re:Invent 2017. We recently announced the release of Loggly 3.0 and it will be our highlight at this event. Loggly 3.0 connects the dots with unified log analysis and monitoring and provides a solution to ensure application uptime and performance for companies building modern software applications running in the cloud and serverless architectures.

Where Loggly will be at AWS re:Invent 2017:

  1. Visit us at booth #1802 or schedule a meeting

    • WHEN: Tuesday, Nov. 28 – Thursday, Nov. 30 during AWS re:Invent Expo hours (official agenda)
    • WHERE: Booth #1802 at the AWS re:Invent Expo, Venetian Sands Hall
    • WHAT: Don’t miss the opportunity to grab some swag and talk to our engineering, customer success, product management, and sales teams about how Loggly can support your DevOps strategy. Drop by during the Expo or you can schedule a meeting here. We have demos planned for Loggly 3.0 and our GitHub integration.

Loggly 3.0 offers the capabilities to easily monitor logs and metrics, investigate issues down to the root cause, and fix problematic code in the context of error logs. We are the first company to connect log analysis with source code to improve DevOps troubleshooting. Our new GitHub integration allows Loggly users to view the exact file and line number from GitHub source code right next to the exceptions in logs from right inside the Loggly interface.

In addition we’ve partnered with Weaveworks, CircleCI, and Rancher Labs on a riddle game. Come by each of our booths to gather your hints and then enter your answer for a chance to win a Playstation 4 VR bundle! Again, don’t miss out!

Here’s an example. Think you could crack this code?

  2. Join us for a breakout session

Loggly is honored to be part of the breakout session and panel about the new AWS Network Load Balancer (NLB). Bryan McKenney, Head of Operations at Loggly, will be on stage along with AWS speakers Narayan Subramaniam, Senior Product Manager, and Pratibha Suryadevara, GM, to share insights gleaned from being one of the first users of NLB.

NLB can load balance any kind of TCP traffic. This offers customers a high-performance, scalable, low-cost load balancer that can handle millions of requests per second with very low latencies, while maintaining high levels of performance.

  3. Come hang out at the Pub Crawl
